77文化产业园位于美术馆后街77号、园区占地6600平米、建筑面积13000平米、由原北京胶印厂整体改建而成、是东城区最早一批文创园、是享受东城区文化产业补助的园区之一。

77 cultural industrial park is located in no.77, back street of the art museum. The park covers an area of 6,600 square meters and has a construction area of 13,000 square meters. It was rebuilt from the original Beijing offset printing factory.

77文化产业园是东城区第一个有影响力的项目，老厂房变身为戏剧影视主题文创产业园区，在保留工业遗址风貌的基础上，吸引了大量核心文化资源聚集。园区入驻了戏剧、影视、设计界的多家企业，构建了文化资产运营的生态系统，成为以戏剧和影视为核心业态的高端主题性文化园区。

77 cultural industrial park is the first influential project in dongcheng district. 77文化产业园集中了77剧场、77排练厅、E6空间展厅、时差咖啡厅等配套、每年园区都会举办了“77文创生活节”涵盖音乐、舞蹈、戏剧、旅行、美食等多个领域文艺活动、是文化产业园的标杆、是文化产业的聚集地。
